What is Website Maintenance ?Bright Hope Designs is primarily a custom website design company working on a variety of new projects, however sometimes all you need is to have your website maintained. We can do that too! Website maintenance includes exchanging already present text or images and can usually be completed within the same business day of the request, or for more extensive revisions within 24 hours. Website maintenance services are completed in 2-24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). If you have a new or existing website we can take over the maintenance on a per-incident basis or for a flat-fee per year. (Contact Sales today for full details). We define website maintenance as keeping the current website content updated and accurate. It is not meant to be used to completely redesign or reinvent your website. We make every effort to make accurate changes, however it is the responsibility of the website owner to review the changes after updates have been made and to notify us of any necessary corrections. We do not charge for corrections that are our fault, however if a change needs to be corrected due to the fault of our client our regular fees apply. We will notify the client when a “change” is too extensive and qualifies as a “website redesign” and our normal website design charges will apply. Website maintenance needs are to be communicated in writing, preferably via email. If attachments are sent they need to be in .doc or .pdf format. Pictures need to be in .jpg or .gif format.
